You have just found your way to the site of the best computer repair shop in the Pittsburgh area. I am not boasting. I work here. And I see everyday the way we go the extra mile to make sure our customers are happy and have the technology solutions to meet their needs. Our business clients have a plurality of issues that we work through and resolve quickly in a pleasant manner. We are easy to deal with, polite and our customers are our number one priority. 

Q How do you get service?
You can either bring your system in to our shop, or call us for On-site service.  

In-Shop When you bring your system into our service center we take down all your information, label all parts coming in and get to work. Our turn around time is usually around three to four days. Emergency services are available upon request. We are able to turn around computers in a matter of hours for emergency requests. 

On-Site When you call to schedule, we work with you to find a time to come out that will not be in the way of your normal business. If we need to come after hours or on a weekend we can do that for you. Our Technicians are highly trained, experienced and certified and are happy to take care of your problems.  We can do an IT Audit of your entire business and show you your business’ strengths and weaknesses and what can be done to minimize your downtime.

Or we can just come out and repair the problem and leave. Whatever you need – it is your business and you are in charge. We won’t force you into any contract or any long term commitment. No ring required!

Q Do you repair Macs?
No, we specialize in PC’s and Microsoft Windows based products.

Q What brands of computers do you work on?
We are color blind when it comes to brand as they are really all the same  on the inside. We fix computers. Period. Bring them in, or let us come out, either way that PC is getting fixed.

Q How long have you been in business?
We have been at our current location at 3035 Washington Road for over three years, and been repairing computers locally for almost ten years. We’ve been around, fixed a lot of problems and have a large and satisfied client base.

Yes, we are happy to send a list of references to our qualified business prospects. 

Q I have an emergency! How soon can you help me?
Right away.  Either bring it right to us, or we can get someone scheduled out immediately.  We will get you taken care of and minimize your downtime.  For our special clients, loaner computers can become available.
