We usually service equipment on a first-come first-served basis, but we understand that sometimes certain situations require special attention. This is why, for our regular rate, billed at time-and-a-half, we will drop everything and get you up and running again as fast as is possible. We can rush a technician out to your office or you bring the machines in to us. Our service center is close to several local restaurants and shopping centers. Order rush service and take a stress-free hour or two in the middle of the day, knowing that your equipment is in excellent hands and will be getting the best possible attention.
IT Audits

Pittsburgh Computer Solutions specializes in giving our customers a good overall view of their own systems. We make special efforts to determine the current strength of your security vulnerability. We examine the health of your network and your hardware for strengths and faults. We check your software for critical updates and make sure you are safe on the internet. We let you know what is good, what is failing and what needs some attention BEFORE it breaks. Afterwards, we sit down with and discuss the next steps to take.
Proactive Maintenance
